An Efficiency Method for Assessment of Shear Stress in Prismatic Beams with Arbitrary Cross-Sections

The dimensions of a bearing structure tend to be designed as slender possible ensure aesthetics and save material, which makes the more susceptible damage caused by shear forces. When is subjected an earthquake, failure even primary mode failure. Research on stress has always been great interest scientists. This paper presents efficient method for assessment prismatic beams with arbitrary cross-section. numerical implemented in MATLAB environment validated analyzing five examples. study shows efficiency reliability method, allows precise analysis design cross-sections. Therefore, significant savings material can reached, will have positive impact our help sustainable growth.
